WE HAVE ONE MISSION

Who are we & how can we help you?

Hello, we’re so glad you’ve found your way here. This is your safe space, a heart-led community where support, understanding, and transformation begin. At My Magical Mind, we help parents like you navigate the ups and downs of parenting young people who are struggling with low mood, anxiety, or low self-esteem.

Whether your child is feeling overwhelmed, you’re concerned about their emotional wellbeing, or you simply want to understand and support them better - you’re in the right place.

We also specialise in working with neurodiverse children and young people, and offer a range of services including compassionate autism assessments, practical resources, and coaching to help families feel more confident, connected, and hopeful.

No matter where you’re starting from - feeling lost and looking for answers, or already seeking support but needing something more tailored - we’re here to help you take the next step forward with kindness and clarity.

This isn’t just a website. It’s the beginning of a brighter chapter for your child… and for you.

Our Founder

I started My Magical Mind so I could help parents everywhere support their children who are struggling to find the right help.

I know how it feels to loose sleep because you are so worried about your child's mental health. I know how if feels to be so worried you are doing something to make things worse... To be torturing yourself, "Is this my fault?"

But the truth is - you love your child so much and you would do absolutely anything for them. Every decision you have done to date has been with the best of intentions and you don’t have to sacrifice your mental health in the pursuit of their mental health and you definitely don’t need to do it alone.

Autism Assessments

We are thrilled to share that at My Magical Minds, we are committed to delivering exceptional autism assessments that are NICE-compliant and of the highest quality. Our approach is neuroaffirmative, which means we celebrate autism as a unique way of experiencing the world rather than a 'disorder'. We prioritise individual 'differences', 'preferences', and 'needs', and steer clear of using negative terms like 'deficits'. We value all types of differences and pride ourselves in inclusive practices.

We hope we can support you or your loved one navigate your/their assessment journeys.
